My FabFitFun Summer 2018 Box
Before we get into this, what’s in here, let me tell you why I’m talking about it today. First of all, this was an ad that I saw on Facebook. Once I clicked on it I saw ads like every day for like two or three days showing this. After seeing it enough times, it just looked really exciting. I was like, “Oh, okay, that looks really fun.”
Let’s jump in and see what’s in here.
This is a pretty cool deal because you get all of these items. It’s a subscription box program for $49.99 per quarter. They’ve got one that comes out summer, fall, winter and spring. Four times a year, they send a box just automatically.
When I opened up here, it has this nice magazine and even talks about some of the products that are in here.
I have already opened this because I want to try some stuff out before I even talked about it. In here we’ve got the Pier 1 Imports. We have a little tray here, which is perfect for, you can put jewelry on here. I’m thinking about using it as a soap dish. You could use it as a candle holder, but it’s a nice ceramic that’s there.
We have an Elemis Papaya Enzyme Peel. I haven’t had a chance to try this one yet, but I do want to smell it because papayas smell pretty. Let’s see. Oh, yeah, it does smell nice. I like it.
Also, because it’s summer we have this right here COOLA Face Sport. It’s a sunscreen, and it’s 50 sunscreen, which is really good. It’s used for your face. You can use it when you’re swimming, but they said you’d want to reapply it every time you get out of the pool or the lake or ocean, wherever you’re going to be.
Also, we have … Oh my goodness. I am in love with this product. This is Marianella Hawiian Black Lava Body Caviar. How it says to use is after you shower or bath or take a bath, that you would want to put this. It’s black. It’s got like volcanic ash and charcoal in it or something. Using it after you’ve already showered or you’re in the shower, you put it on. Then it just exfoliates. I used this last night. I was so surprised how soft my skin felt afterwards. I will definitely be using this. I really like this.
Here. we have a little purse bag thing, I guess for business cards.
This one’s fun. This is the highlight of this year’s summer box is the FOREO LUNA fofo. It’s a trip because they have an app that you have on your iPhone or Android. You use this with your facial cleanser. You can put it onto your face. It detects how much hydration is in your skin. Then when you turn this on, it vibrates. Let me see. Put it into the microphone here. You might be able to hear that vibrating. It vibrates while you’re using your cleanser. It’s supposed to tell you when to stop and be done.
I don’t know. There we go. Turn it off. That’s pretty neat. It has an app with it. It monitors the condition of your skin, which is pretty cool.
Also, this particular box is it says this straw, “Saves marine lives. Give us a sip. It’s for the wildlife. It says it on the front here, Wildlife Conservation Society because straws are becoming a big problem in our oceans. I don’t know what this is made out of. It’s probably like a polypropylene or something, it’s a hard plastic. I also noticed in this magazine that if you go to their website, that they’ll send you a stainless steel straw. The whole idea is to try to keep these straws, the plastic straws out of our oceans and stop killing the sea creatures.
Lastly here, we have a makeup bag, which I think is pretty cool. I’m definitely going to be putting this one to use because it had I traveled a lot. This way, it’ll be able to hold my makeup brushes up in this top compartment and then put my other items in the bottom compartment. I’m really looking forward to using that. Let me get back to why this is on my channel. Again, not a beauty blogger. Not only did they do Facebook ads. As you are developing, if you’ve got an e-commerce store or a business that you are starting, take a look at their business model because they want their customers to encourage other customers.
