How does a person who was never been a racer, become successful in racing industry? In this blog, I’m thrilled to introduce Brian Littleon, the man behind Racelogic Chassis. Let’s dig deep how he made this journey possible.
I had the chance to sit down with Brian Littleton and chat about how he got started with the Racelogic Chassis School 20 years ago, what he aims to achieve, and where it’s going in the future.
Racelogic Chassis School
Racelogic Chassis School is a place for racers to improve their finishes. They teach different topics and logical approach about dirt racing. Racelogic started only in a small classroom and evolved to shop with actual cars and tools. With name the Brian is making in dirt racing industry, there’s one thing that not everyone knows about him. Are you ready to know about it? Brian was never been a racer! He only used going to big races with his friend where they always got racing questions. This scenario has brought him to the idea of putting up a class for racers.
They started their class with 40 to 50 people in Brian’s hometown, Arkansas. As a beginner, they didn’t know what they were doing. Despite, Brian has continued to develop his classes, especially in the last 5 years. He’s able to maintain good friends he met from his first day up to the current.
It was a chaos..
It was a bit chaos during their first few classes as they threw everything together jumbling modified, late model, and stock cars. It’s a place where anybody who wants to learn can freely come and join. However, this is not what they thought of doing it properly. Instead, they changed their approach and tried to individualize each class. This is what Brian has kept in mind to implement on his class.
For their first 15 years, Racelogic has done one class each year. Surprisingly, they’ve grown exponentially and done multiple classes in different states. They were able to work with some big racers in the industry such as Billy Moore and his son. Brian believes that his success is not just all about him. It’s about the racers and people who have had doing this so they could have reached their goal after learning from their class.
Not Paychecks, It’s the Value
Brian wants to keep his prices down, affordable yet competitive in the market. He wants the racers to learn and win without breaking the bank. He genuinely love helping people, especially those people who want to give back. Most people associated to him has known him of giving the value of providing good information and not just doing things purely for paychecks. Brian has mastered the value of synergy with his team making cohesive work.
Our Work Together
It was incredible when Brian and I started working together by putting his class online making a video, recording the event, and it was something that I have never done before but the success was remarkable considering that it was indeed a challenging experience to both of us.
